“A Full Service Maintenance Company”

Our History and Experience

Brownstone Maintenance Chicago was formed in 2008 by Nate Lenzini, a former property manager, and Eric Karoll, a former facility manager for a non-profit mental health organization in Chicago. Nate was the property manager for the condo association that Eric was president of for six years and through that relationship they had many discussions about finding a high quality, affordable maintenance company, one that was trustworthy and actually followed through with services agreed upon. This turned out to be not as easy as originally thought and was the beginning of, at the time, an unrecognized partnership. The maintenance service Nate and Eric desired simply didn’t exist. They found together that condo maintenance was lacking in quality, fair pricing, integrity and responsiveness. After much thought and discussion Nate and Eric decided to form Brownstone Maintenance Chicago. The experience they both bring to the table is undeniable and the expectation they set for themselves and their staff is nonnegotiable. An expectation that condo boards, association members and management can count on.

Nate and Eric work with condo boards across the Chicagoland area and customize agreements to fit all maintenance needs exclusive to the specific property. Brownstone has a zero tolerance policy for dissatisfaction when it comes to performance and will always make their customers feel whole when an issue arises. Our word and performance is our bond with the associations we service and the management companies we work with. Brownstone forms a solid partnership with management, the association, and sees itself as part of your community.
